Amber K. Teague has joined Davis, Upton, Palumbo & Dougherty, LLC as an Associate and will focus her practice on domestic law, criminal law and civil litigation.
After graduating early from Frostburg State University, magna cum laude, Amber earned her law degree from George Mason University School of Law located in Arlington, Virginia.
While in law school, Amber worked as the Clerk of the Court at the Coast Guard Court of Criminal Appeals where she prepared orders, drafted opinions, conducted research and supervised court interns. In addition, she interned at the Calvert County State’s Attorney’s office.
Amber also volunteered at the Clinic for Legal Assistance to Service Members where she provided active-duty members of the armed forces and their families free representation in civil cases.
Following law school, Amber clerked for the Honorable Warren J. Krug, the administrative judge of the Calvert County Circuit Court.
Amber is a member of the Maryland Bar and Calvert County Bar Associations.
Amber is an avid runner and enjoys any active outdoor activity on the weekends. Born and raised in Calvert County, Amber currently lives in North Beach with her husband and basset hound.
