J. Teigen Hall
J. Teigen Hall, Esquire joined Davis, Upton, Palumbo & Keffler, LLC as an associate attorney in September, 2009. With a legal focus in Civil Litigation and Criminal Law, Mr. Hall strives to provide the highest levels of customer service with timely and detailed strategic actions for the best possible outcomes for his clients.
Prior to joining Davis, Upton, Palumbo & Keffler, LLC, Mr. Hall served as a judicial clerk in the Carroll County Circuit Court of Maryland under the Honorable J. Barry Hughes. In addition, Mr. Hall has worked as a law clerk with various law practices and court systems in Maryland, including the Maryland Court of Appeals.
Mr. Hall graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law in May 2008 and has a B.A. in Political Science from Lehigh University, where he played men’s lacrosse.
Mr. Hall is a member of the Maryland Bar and is licensed to practice in the State of Maryland.
